One United Group, also known as United International Exchange™ One (or UIX™ One), is a multi-national financial institution headquartered at the UN Plaza in New York.

It was founded in 2001 by Dr. Weyman Carey, PhD, during his tenure as a United Nations General Consultant. Though its original formation was as a trust company called the United Nations Investment Trust (UNIT), its merger with Garden Bank LP (Formerly Garden 54) in Brooklyn further solidified its operations as a financial powerhouse. After Dr. Weyman's passing in November 2016, a leadership crisis arose that would hinder the progress of the company, and in efforts to preserve what Weyman had built as a founder, the shareholders decided to elect his grandson, Elijah Carey, as a potential fit for the succession plan, however due to him being under-aged at the time, he was placed as a Chair on the Board of Trustees by inheritance but his authority as the CEO was entrusted to Elijah's father, Imron Al-Din Sultani, until he fulfilled the age and executive thesis requirement.

On January 01 2020, the firm underwent a massive reconstruction phase that resulted in several organizational partnerships being derived from it, such as the One World Trade Fund (also known as AmTrade) which includes One World Aid and One World Bank working together to help power both international eCommerce and humanitarian relief, through community-based charitable endowment and commercial banking services.

In more recent times, the firm is working with NYSE and ICE to propose an initial public offering for Class A Stock (UNIT) at $270 per share, and Class B Stock (USD-UNIT) at $1 per share, which the company intends to utilize for maintaining capital requirements. As of 2026, the firm stands as one of the most innovative financial institutions of the 21st century, and due to its concentration on internet-based service, it also operates as on of the most cost-effective financial institutions in the world.
